The "Walk & Talk" coaching session is about your individual process. The stay in nature is accompanied by me through conscious coaching questions and tasks. It's about finding clarity for the path or the set goal. I actively involve nature in the coaching process.
As a rule, we are outside for around two to three hours, in which you will have time to linger and take notes. Normal physical fitness is sufficient.
After a joint preliminary discussion, we will meet at the agreed location and then we go.
