Reset in the forest

The conscious perception of nature

Unlike a hike, forest health training relies on a deliberately slow pace, which invites you to experience nature with all your senses. The central elements are mindfulness, slowness and nothing-have to do.

Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to forest bathing.

Forest therapy is about feeling, breathing and experiencing the moment.

The forest offers a wonderful setting. To be present in the body, and to draw a profound calmness from the relationship between oneself and the rest of nature.

Nature contacts play an essential role in the prevention and treatment of stress symptoms. Regular stay in the forest can reduce mental exhaustion and support the reduction of blood pressure. Longer stays in the forest have a positive effect on your nervous and immune systems. With a forest therapy, you do something good for yourself.

Forest air is bio medicine to inhale

Several terpenes of trees and plants in the forest have a health-promoting effect on our organism. The forest is a gigantic sea of molecules, and we can virtually bathe in it. Our immune system interacts with the herbal messengers.

Especially the inhalation of terpenes, the messenger substances that are used of trees for mutual communication, has a particularly positive effect.
